BRC FOOD – Global standard
BRC FOOD – Global standard requires to the company the adoption and carrying out of a HACCP _ Hazard Analysis Critical Point system, which is a quality handling system documented and effective to control the environmental standards in the manufacturing site, of the products, the processes and the staff.
ISO 9001: 2000
The new law ISO 9001: 2000 substitutes the previous ISO 9001: 9002 and 9003: 1994. The introduction of a Quality System has the aim of organizing and controlling the company activities with both the purpose of granting the right handling of the system to execute products/services in order to satisfy the Customer’s needs and the purpose of identifying and diminishing the inefficiencies thus reducing costs.
