Stage one:
Receipt of milk

Our collectors draw the milk from the stockbreeders and deliver it to our factory. The milk is then filtered, eventual residuals are cleaned off and after, it is pasteurized at a temperature not less than 70° C. The last phase of the first stage is that of storing the milk in storage bins.
