Stage two:
Processing milk

The day after milk is processed and it is transferred form the storing bins to the polyvalent where we add enzymes and rennet, which are indispensables to create the curd. When the curd becomes mature, it is downloaded in proper trolleys where whey can drain and after it is cut.
